Irina Shayk wears a red hot mini dress as she lends her star power to a good cause

 

Cristiano Ronaldo’s supermodel girlfriend Irina Shayk proved she is much more than a pretty face when she seized the Sports Illustrated issue signing as an opportunity to promote The Red Cross.
The Russian-born beauty was appropriately dressed a vibrant red cocktail dress and black Louboutin stiletto heels when she arrived at the Trump Soho Hotel in New York yesterday.
The stunning 25-year-old was arrived at Quattro New York to help promote Sports Illustrated’s annual swimsuit issue, but had bigger plans of her own.

Good cause: Irina used the annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue signing as a way to help raise awareness for The Red Cross

The sports magazine had chosen Irina to be this year’s annual cover star and she looked overjoyed to be part of the issue as she posed for cameras on the red carpet.
Irina looked sensational as she signed issue after issue of the popular sports magazine. And it wasn’t just her pen that she was putting to work. Irina also made sure that every dollar of evening’s ticket price made their way straight to the Red Cross.

And at $25 a ticket, Irina was sure to have raised a pretty impressive sum for the international charity.

Irina looked honoured to be using her popularity to raise awareness for the cause, and Sports Illustrated readers didn’t look disappointed either as they queued to get their copies signed by her supermodel hand.
The Red Cross isn’t the first charitable cause that Irina has stepped forward to help out. She recently joined forces with Marc Jacobs by posing completely naked for the designer’s Protect The Skin You’re In T-shirt campaign.
But one male fan who wasn’t on hand to show his support last night was Irina’s famous footballer boyfriend, Cristiano Ronaldo.
Irina has been dating the Real Madrid midfielder since the beginning of last year and it would seem they have been inseparable until now.
Ronaldo often makes the trip from Spain in to New York to see his gorgeous girlfriend, but it would seem his strict training schedule left him unable to attend on this occasion.
