The spectacle was supposed to be on the catwalk, but it was Donatella Versace's feet that drew gasps at London Fashion Week today.
She turned heads for all the wrong reasons as she sat front row at the Fashion Fringe design competition in Covent Garden with unsightly sores on her right foot.
The head of the iconic fashion house seemed unconcerned, perhaps preoccupied by her prestigious role as chair of the judging panel.

The 53-year-old was joined at the event by her daughter Allegra and a star-studded guest list including Dita Von Teese.

The actress, 18, has been a fixture at this year's Fashion Week events.
Amongst the fashion conscious audience were presenter Alexa Chung and Harry Potter actress Emma Watson'I've always been really interested in art and fashion,' she says. 'This season I'm [also] going to Paris to see Balenciaga, Chanel and McQueen. I really can't wait.'
Dressed casually in a print frock, leggings and boots, Emma looked at ease among the notoriously bristly fashionistas, but admits it can be daunting.
'It is a bit intimidating, yes - but everybody looks so incredible, I'm enjoying myself too.'
