Emma Watson will replace her sweet persona with something shocking for "The Perks of Being a Wallflower
arry Potter” star and fashion icon Emma Watson will leave her bookish Hermione persona for her next role in “The Perks of Being A Wallflower,” in which she will play Sam, an angsty teen of which Hermione Granger might disapprove.
Watson recently finished filming “Perks” at Peters Township High School in McMurray, PA, with her co-stars Logan Lerman, Ezra Miller, and Nina Dobrev.
Miller, who must’ve had a pretty good time in the Peters area, seeing as how was caught with marijuana on Route 19, told E! Online that “when it comes to Emma people just have no idea,” and that if you’re an Emma fan, “you better gird your loins.”
This doesn’t seem like much of a surprise for a film about the dark side of high school loners and rebels. In fact, Sam is one of the older characters in the movie that influences the main character, Charlie (Lerman).
