Queen's Diamond Jubilee is being celebrated around the world

While Britain gets stuck into the second day of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations anglophiles, ex-pats and monarchists in the U.S. are also getting in on the action.
Before Britain’s four-day celebratory weekend kicked off, hundreds of New Yorkers and Brits living in the U.S. marked the Queen’s 60 years on the throne by taking part in ‘The Great British Run’ in Central Park on Thursday.
Wearing the Union Jack colours of red, white, and blue many of the 600 runners also donned cardboard cut out faces of the Royal family.
