The actress, who dates her fellow Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson, was attending a trendy Vinyasa Flow Yoga class.
Instead of the customary bending and stretching, it involves moving with synchronized breathing with the poses blending into each other in a kind of dance.
It can also see the participant take part in chants and formations such as the Upward Facing Dog.
