Irina recently purchased a $1.96 million one-bedroom in New York's posh 166 Perry Street.
The 2,500-square-foot condo has wide plank-oak flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows and 12-foot ceilings.
It also has a master suite accessible through a 10-foot sliding-glass pocket door, as well as a master bath with radiant heating and a 'custom-designed sculpted Corian vanity, sink and shower'.
