She's one foxy fräulein: Irina Shayk works her magic in German swimwear shoot

 
As a Russian model living in New York with a Portuguese boyfriend based in Spain, Irina Shayk is quite the world travellers.
And now the 25-year-old model is doing her bit for Germany by modelling for one of the country's biggest swimwear designers Bruno Banani's new Signature collection.
While the photographs were evidently not taken in Germany and appear to be shot in an exotic faraway island, the pin-up shows off the assets which first attracted boyfriend Cristiano Ronaldo.

Although she's been a popular swimwear and lingerie model since 2007, even Shayk would admit dating Ronaldo has done wonders for her international profile.
The pair started dating in Spring 2010 - just weeks before Ronaldo announced he had become a father to a baby son with an unnamed American mother.
Although the Real Madrid player announced he has 'exclusive guardianship' of he tot Cristiano Jnr, his mother Dolores is helping to raise the child in Portugal.

Last month, Ronaldo marked his son's first birthday with a christening - which was attended by Shayk, who seems to be embracing the role as surrogate stepmother to the child.
Last week, Ronaldo and Shayk jetted to Turkey to kick-start a cruise around the Mediterranean before the footballer has to return to Madrid for the new season.
 Since they started dating in May 2010, the couple regularly go for weeks or sometimes months without seeing each other.

Shayk is based in New York for her modelling work, but travels all over the world, while Ronaldo splits his time between Madrid and his native Portugal.

Despite having a sleek 34-23-35 figure, Shayk insists she doesn't diet.

She told StyleBistro: 'I never really diet. I think that a person can eat what she likes and do some exercises to be in shape- doesn't matter if it's going to be gym or swimming or walking in a park or pilates.

'It should be a pleasure as positive emotions always make you beautiful! I personally love going to [the] gym.'
