First popping up on screen in Jon Favreau’s Iron Man 2, Scarlett Johansson’s Natalia Romanoff (a.k.a Natalie Rushman a.k.a Black Widow), isn’t averse to resuming her Widow role in further Marvel adventures, the actress told Superherohype.

A relatively recent addition to the Marvel universe, Johansson’s incarnation of the Black Widow can next be seen in Joss Whedon’s The Avengers, out in April, though there may be a spot for her yet in Shane Black’s Iron Man 3, due to begin filming early next year.
“I love playing the Widow”, said Johansson, adding that she thought the character has “a lot of storylines to explore. I think if the fans want it, and the audience wants it, nothing’s impossible”. Is there enough in the character to warrant an entire movie? Well, if the Underworld franchise has sed a four movie stretch solely on the strength of Kate Beckinsale's pleather cat suit, we see no reason ScarJo can't do the same...
