Cheryl Cole voted coolest female celebrity by teenage fans... as Becks loses his crown to Theo Walcott

After winning the X Factor with her protegee Alexandra Burke and getting over her marriage troubles, it seems Cheryl Cole is going from strength to strength.
The Geordie singer-turned-talent judge, 25, has been voted the coolest female celebrity of 2008 in a poll by teenage users of social networking site Bebo.
Joining her as the coolest male celebrity is High School Musical heart-throb Zac Efron, 21.

It appears David Beckham's move from Europe to Los Angeles last year seriously dented his popularity with his British fans after he was languishing in sixth place.
Beckham was beaten in the popularity stakes by fellow England player Theo Walcott, 19, who was the highest Brit in the predominantly-American poll at joint fourth with Arctic Monkeys singer Alex Turner.

 X Factor judge Cheryl scored four times as many votes as any other female celebrity in the poll, proving her popularity has obviously been boosted by her time on the TV show.
Following the Girls Aloud singer was Harry Potter star Emma Watson, 18, at two and  TV presenter Alexa Chung, 25, at three.

Completing the top five coolest females was Lily Allen, 23, at four and Lindsay Lohan, 22, at five.
Meanwhile, Zac, Theo and Alex joined Jonas Brothers heart-throb Joe Jonas, 19, at two and Justin Timberlake, 27, at third.
As well as Beckham's relatively low position, Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe ended up surprisingly far down at number seven.
Other winners in the Bebo poll included pop newcomer Katy Perry as the Coolest Music Solo Artist, beating second place Chris Brown and Leona Lewis at three.

Kings of Leon were voted Coolest Band, while Batman sequel The Dark Knight was named Coolest Film.
Celebrity disc jockey Mark Ronson, who leaped to fame with his remix album last year, was voted Coolest DJ.
EastEnders was the most popular soap amongst teens - beating supposed favourite Hollyoaks, while Primark was named favourite high street store.
Bebo's Sarah Gavin said: 'There are quite a few surprises about whom teenagers rate and don't rate on the celebrity barometre.
'And the level of voting reflects how important entertainment and popular culture is to today's generation.'

Bebo has just under 50million worldwide users, with 11million of those in the UK.
The Bebo poll wasn't the only survey Cheryl topped - she has also been voted Superdrug's Beauty Icon of the Year and Britain's Fittest Celebrity Body by Heat magazine.
The Heat poll findings were a surprise after Cheryl's concerningly skinny frame has been frequently highlighted in the media over the year.
Last week, it was reported the pop star was planning to gain weight in the new year and gain half a stone.
After her gaunt appearance on the X Factor final a few weeks ago, hundreds of fans posted messages of concern for her skinny frame on online message boards.
