London calling... Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart spend some quality time together before he heads to LA

For Hollywood couples it's not always easy to grab some quality time together what with often hectic work schedules.
So it must have come as a welcome relief to Robert Pattinson and   Kristen Stewart  that they were in London at the same time together this week.
The Twilight stars were seen heading out on a sightseeing tour around the capital yesterday just before R-Patz headed back to Los Angeles.

Pattinson, 25, was pictured leaving a pub with a blonde companion before he met up with Kristen to embark on their London day out.

 

Kristen sported her usual sullen expression as she skulked along in a grey hooded top, white Adidas T-shirt and tight dark denim jeans.
The 21-year-old was perhaps a little sad that she would soon be separated from her beau once again.

Meanwhile Robert wore his favourite Baltimore Orioles baseball cap with a Stussy jacket, blue shirt and white v-neck T-shirt matched with a dark pair of jeans.
According to witnesses the couple spent their day on a tour of the capital's landmarks. 
Robert then departed to head back to Los Angeles. He landed at LAX with his large pull along suitcase, while an assistant helped carry his guitar.

Kristen remains in London where she is filming scenes for Snow White And The Huntsman.
In a twist on the children's fairy tale, the film follows the story of the huntsman ordered to take Snow White into the woods to be killed who winds up becoming her protector and mentor in a quest to vanquish the Evil Queen. 
The movie also stars Chris Hemworth (older brother of Miley Cyrus' boyfriend Liam), Charlize Theron, Ray Winstone and Ian McShane.

Elsewhere Twilight fans were given a treat when an extended theatrical trailer for Breaking Dawn: Part 1 was released earlier this week with the scenes of sickly, frail Bella (Kristen Stewart) fighting for her life and her baby.
The dramatic two and a half minute trailer from the movie, the fourth in the series based on the books by Stephenie Meyer, opens with Bella trying to calm her nerves before walking down the aisle.
Clutching her father Charlie's arm, she says, 'Just don't let me fall Dad.'

She says her vows with Edward (Robert Pattinson) in a breathtaking setting, with the Cullen family proudly looking on.
Bella's happiness is interrupted as a dishevelled and distraught Jacob arrives to say his final goodbye before Bella leaves as a married woman - soon to be transformed into a vampire.
The best friends are seen dancing alone in the dark as heartbroken Jacob tells her: 'This is how I'll remember you - pink cheeks, heartbeat. You'd think I'd be used to telling you goodbye by now.'
