Keanu Reeves making directorial debut with Man of Tai Chi

After years in the pipeline,  has secured funding for his directorial debut, martial arts film Man of Tai Chi
Ted Theodore Logan is finally set to follow in the footsteps of Bill S.
Preston, Esq and make his behind-the-camera debut. We reported on ’s Napster project a couple of months back, and now  will be joining him having finally secured funding on his own long-discussed pet project: Man of Tai Chi.
Little is known about the film as yet, but Reeves is selling is as a “good solid kung fu movie”. He’ll be starring in the feature alongside Tiger Hu Chen, a trainer who worked with the actor on The Matrix trilogy’s extensive fight scenes.
Man of Tai Chi is set to begin filming in February, and someone’s doing a fine job at keeping a lid on plot and other casting details at present. After tackling another martial arts role in 47 Ronin, Reeves is set to reunite with fellow director for the third Bill & Ted movie, currently in script development.
